Responsibilities of Office

This Office of Citizen Services acts in an advocacy capacity to ensure that all  complaints are handled in a satisfactory manner. The department is a division of the Supervisor's Office and is responsible for handling constituent concerns. Citizen Services works closely with all town departments and various levels of government in an attempt to address the issues and concerns of residents.
