PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Payment of the monetary penalty and surcharge may be made by certified check or money order payable to the Town of Babylon BAA by mail, addressed to the Bureau of Administrative Adjudication, 456 Albany Avenue, North Amityville, NY 11701, pay online or by phone (processing fees apply) at PayYourTix.com, or visit the Bureau to pay in person.
CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PAY
If payment is not made at the required time a Default Decision and Order will be issued assessing the maximum penalty set forth in the Notice(s) of Violation together with a surcharge for administrative costs. Failure to pay will also result in the issuance of a Default Judgment, which will be filed with Suffolk County without further court proceedings as provided by law.
