One-Day Marriage Officiant Permit:

In order to obtain a one-day marriage officiant permit, the application must be submitted the same day that the couple getting married is applying, in person, to obtain a marriage license. It is strongly suggested that the officiant be present at the time the couple is applying. If they cannot, the couple must bring the fully-executed application with them.
