  • A Household Account is required to individually register adults and children for Parks & Recreations programs, as well as to make campground and marina reservations at Cedar Beach Marina & Campground.

  • Yes. All individuals age 18 and older must create their own individual account, even if they reside in the same household.

  • Grandparents must create their own accounts. Grandchildren may only be added if the grandparent is the legal guardian and can provide proper documentation.

  • To create an account: 

    • Click “Sign In/Register” at the top right of the Parks & Recreation portal
    • Select "Create a New Account"
    • Enter your personal information (name, address, email, phone number, etc.) 
    • Upload the required documents
    • Submit your account for review (review takes 3-5 business days)

  • You must upload the following for residency verification: 

    • A valid New York State driver’s license or state-issued ID 
    • A current tax bill or utility bill (gas, water electric or sewer only)
    • Birth certificate(s) for each dependents under 18 you wish to add to the account

  • New accounts are typically approved in 3-5 business days after submission. We highly recommend you submit your documents for review in advance of any registration or reservation dates as we cannot promise same-day review for pending accounts.

  • No. You must wait until your account is fully approved and given resident status before registering for programs or making reservations. We recommend creating your account in advance of opening dates for programs or reservations.

  • Do not create a new account. This helps preserve your household information and purchase history. Instead, use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” options on the login page to regain access to your account.

  • There are several reasons why this may occur. In most cases, the system defaults to the primary account holder, and you must first select the child you wish to register provided they meet the program’s specified age requirements, before selecting the program and adding it to your cart. 

    If your child has not yet been added to your Household Account, you will need to do so prior to registration. To add a dependent, log into your account and select “Upload Documents” to submit a copy of the child’s birth certificate. Please note that once documents are uploaded, it may take 3-5 business days for staff to review and add the dependent to your account.

  • Yes, your Household Account can be accessed on a mobile device. However, we strongly recommend completing registrations and reservations on a desktop or laptop, as the full portal may not display properly on smaller screens, which can make the process more difficult. If using a mobile device, you may need to scroll to the bottom of the page to view items added to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  • If you are experiencing issues with our portal not loading or functioning correctly while logged into your Household Account, it is often related to your web browser or device settings. For the best user experience, we recommend accessing your Household Account using a desktop or laptop with Google Chrome. If problems persist, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies before attempting to access the portal again.
