Deer Park, NY – Councilman and Public Safety Chairman Terence McSweeney extends his gratitude to the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office and the Deer Park Fire Department for their invaluable assistance during today's car seat safety inspection event.
Councilman McSweeney emphasized the critical importance of properly securing children in car seats, stating, "Placing your child in a car seat is the most effective and secure way to protect them from potential harm in the event of a car crash or collision. Representatives from both the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office and the Deer Park Fire Department provided hands-on demonstrations and personalized guidance to attendees.
