Christ Episcopal Church in Babylon is hosting an emergency food drive throughout November in partnership with Nourish Babylon, following a call from the Diocese of Long Island to support neighbors affected by the recent government shutdown and SNAP freeze.
All donations collected will benefit the Town of Babylon Food Pantry, which helps local families in need. Suggested donation items include canned meats and vegetables, boxed cereal, pasta and sauce, baby food, and personal care products.
Donations can be dropped off at Christ Episcopal Church, 12 Prospect Street in Babylon, Monday through Thursday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. through November 30. Please do not leave donations outside.
