Supervisor Rich Schaffer and Councilman Terence McSweeney, in partnership with our local community drug prevention coalitions, invite residents to join us for the 2025 Red Ribbon Week event on Friday, October 24th at 6:30 PM at Babylon Town Hall, 200 Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst.
This year’s theme, “Life is a Puzzle, Solve It Drug Free,” empowers youth voices while encouraging adults to support and guide them in building a strong, drug-free future. The event will feature inspiring presentations and activities that highlight the importance of making healthy choices, standing together as a community, and supporting the next generation.
Red Ribbon Week is the nation’s oldest and largest drug prevention awareness campaign, and the Town of Babylon is proud to stand with our partners in spreading this vital message. We encourage all community members, families, and students to attend and show their support for living drug-free and building a safer, healthier tomorrow.
